This week, we celebrate US Women's Soccer, take the guy's temperature on Dan Quinn, Jayden Daniels, and our outlook for 2024, talk all things Training Camp, and bid farewell to Team President Jason Wright.

I agree with the overall assessment that we should be "competitive" this year but if that translates into wins or not is the tough question. It still lends to until we see them play it's real tough to gauge what we've got this year. I do expect with B. Wagner leading the defense and LB core we're going to have a top 10 if our corner play improves, leaves it up to what the offense will be able to do. The Quinn hire, I was "eh" on it at the beginning, I'll put it as glad we got him at this point. Forbes, who the heck knows, the additional weight gain gives me some hope that he's motivated, either your motivated to add good solid weight or he came in out of shape, haven't heard he's out of shape. Daniels, feel no differently then when we drafted him, I wanted to go in a different direction entirely and trade down if possible but not holding that against him, we'll find out if we struck gold or not real soon I'd imagine.

I'm my usual superoptimistic self. :D I'm really liking where this team is right now, but I'm realistic enough to know that we have sooooo many unknowns on this squad that it's impossible to know exactly how this year is going to pan out.
Is Daniels the real deal (surely we're due?!). Can Forbes be something (anything)? Have we solved LT? Have we solved Tight End? Will players like Dotson bounce back? Will our D perform under better coaches? How well will we be coached when it comes to the games? Soooo many questions. I'd love it if we solved all these things in year 1, but I know that we likely won't.
Daniels is the BIG one though. That one will bridge so many issues if he pans out.

I’d add Kliff Kingsbury to that list. I think he is a promising OC but there are a lot of questions unanswered about him and whether he can create a top flight offense here.
