BGO Blind Pig: Commanders tame Lions - Prep to go Meatloaf in Philly (2 out of 3 ain't bad)!

During the Detroit game I had a very calm set of nerves, maybe it was because we've already accelerated past my early projections of this team under Quinn, maybe it was a little bit of potent potables prior to kickoff and during the game, maybe also I'm starting to believe that the momentum we continue to carry seems to manifest itself at the opportune times. I don't have that answer and maybe I just don't need to know it. I feel that way today heading into our game against the Eagles on Sunday, calm, relaxed and not over analyzing the necessary "magic" that would need to occur to beat the number 2 seed in the NFC, at home. This team believes, then it goes out and achieves, I can't bet against that. 33-24 Skins.
 
I'm with ya, SkinsOrlando. This team truly plays for eachother, adapts to situations, and always finds a way!

It's strange. I felt the exact same way on Saturday and have felt that way today as well. Calm. Nothing to lose and believe we can win any game. Such an odd feeling for me given how negative I've been over the last 25 years.
 
I felt the same way. I was also less critical of the decisions to go for it on 4th down, because that's who we are and how we play. I think I may feel a little more anxiety in the Championship game than this one, because a trip to the Super Bowl is on the line. But overall, watching is much more enjoyable, regardless of outcome because of how the team stays composed and plays as a team regardless of the situation. JD5's unflappability is contagious.
 
I don't have facts. Just seems like we are thr most healthy team and we have the momentum. I believe this is our year. Crazy talk I know. It juat feels meant to be. Jayden Daniels will go down as the best rookie ever to play the game.
