You'll see in the upper left hand corner of the site that we've begun our annual 'Recruitment Drive' for 2012. BGO has experienced modest growth in it's membership since we opened our doors a couple of years ago. Our goal has never to be a 'big' site, as we've seen what the noise from mass numbers of members can do to drown out the quality of conversation in a community.
But, like the Redskins we love, BGO is looking for some fresh talent.
And not just anybody will do
Do you have friends, family, acquantances who are intelligent, savvy, knowledgeable (oh - and btw - Redskins fans)? We would particularly like to see an increase in our better halves here at BGO - great fans of the female persuasion. There's plenty of testosterone here, and we'd love to see an infusion of female talent on our roster. And unlike other NFL watering holes on the web, we don't just tolerate, but welcome fans of opposing teams, as long as they measure up to our standards of intelligence, civility, and respect.So take a moment, click on the 'BGO Recruitment Drive' icon on our homepage, and look at our incentives to bring a few new members on board.
