If you joined in the last year, you may not know about all of the great contests we have here on BGO. All are free for Registered Members and we offer some great prizes to our winners.

Now is the time to sign up for any and all of the below contests (click on contest title to view 'how to join' specifics).

1. BGO Ballers Fantasy Football League
We have a great fantasy football leagues and use the Yahoo FF software. Play as many teams as you like.

2. BGO NFL Pickem Contest
Pick every winner of every NFL regular season and post-season game. Prizes go to top 3 finishers. This is a highly competitive contest utilizing our own software right here on the site.

3. NFL Survivor Contest
We’re bringing back our Survivor League. Pick one sure-fire winner each NFL week using the Yahoo software. Last man standing wins!

4. BGO Crystal Ball Pool
Predict every NFL playoff team, playoff matchups, and predict all post-season winners and losers through the Super Bowl. The closer you make those calls, the more points you’ll earn.

While these are our 4 major in-season contests that you’ll need to sign up for before the start of the season, we also do a weekly ‘Keys to a Victory’ contest where you ID how Washington pulls off a win every week. Closest prediction wins a classic Redskins key ring from a 40 year old collection.

We want to see a ton of participation in our contests as it’s one of the unique aspects of our site - so please consider playing any and all of our great contests. Sign up now so you don’t miss out on the fun

In addition to the contests, if you are new, you should go check out the Gateway forum. There is a Tips of the week which are really helpful also. I’ve learned much by perusing the tidbits of the week.

Last call for anyone wanting to play our contests. You can still join our BGO NFL Pickem contest (you'll just forfeit the two games already played). We will allow late entries for our Crystal Ball Pool contest for the next 24 hours or so. And if you want to play in our BGO Survivor League, we will see if we can accomodate you there as well.

And everyone can play our 'Keys to a Victory' contest each week and play to win a classic Redskins vintage key ring of your choosing.
