Sheehan had Doc Walker on...dude went out of his way not to say anything bad even though you could tell he didn't like any of it: name,uniform,roll out etc.

Doc knows where he gets his checks and perks from......

I think it goes further than just that and I think it's true for a lot of former players and folks with a past relationship with the team. They likely don't want to say things super-critical of the organization because they want to preserve their special status, some of which probably is tied to how they currently make their living. But they also know these people and it's hard to speak the truth to people you like and want to be associated with. Human nature.
