I would never give up a haul like that for ANY WR.

Zach Wilson - New York Jets QB - Meniscus Tear / Bone Bruise. He's flying to LA , i've heard he's expected to miss 2 - 4 weeks.

Aaron Donald has never missed an NFL start due to injury... that changes on Sunday

No need for him to even be back on the field this year for the Rams if this ankle injury is even remotely severe, they cannot afford for him to possibly lose any explosiveness long term during a season where they're going nowhere.

Domino Falls - Lamar Jackson the highest paid QB in the league.

I guess I'm dumb but I don't see it.

Jackson hasn't won a playoff game while on his rookie deal. Now the team will have less money to put pieces around a guy who so far hasn't been able to do it by himself.

This league is a mess.

ironically this will drop his cap number for 2023 but your point is valid

I dont see it either... better them than us.

Eagles and Ravens both blinked and it’s terrible for the NFL. The outlier contract now becomes the standard.

At least Hurts has a great season and a Super Bowl appearance though. That ain't nothing.

What does Lamar have?

I don’t disagree I’m just saying it has ramifications well beyond overpaying a QB based on talent level.

Herbert, Burrow and Lawrence doing the gritty.

If D. Jones is getting 45…

Go free market I guess but I don't see how it's sustainable.

what's worse is that we look at these two contracts like they're massive and they both are 25% less than Watsons if you're talkin guaranteed money.

DeAndre Hopkins released by the Cards. I'm assuming they're not expecting Murray back soon albeit as inconsistent as he is. Seems like a rebuild already in the Zona.

Trade away a 1st round QB after his rookie year to take a QB 1/1 and have nothing to show for it… that’s gonna happen. Klingsbury gambled and it got him launched. Granted, Rosen hasn’t done squat but it was a lose lose

Do you think they'll cut bait with Murray? I have a feeling the new regime is crunching numbers on that disaster contract. Then again I thought the Eagles were screwed in the Wentz deal and managed out ok.

I think they’re looking at all of their options. That contract is a disaster. He can still turn it around, but they would have to see something we all don’t get to see behind closed doors
