During the off season, especially while on strike and officially they don't have a job to which they need report, I understand taking some reef. I wouldn't, but it's not like they were breaking their word or contract.
Yes, it does pose issues and potential problems. Still, I've been told there is no better pain med than pot. However, it looked like davis reported in much better shape than last year, so the report as a judgement of lazyness and out of shape wouldn't appear to be true.
