2027 NFL Mock Draft: Brad’s 1st and Way-Too-Early Mock!

We’ve barely gotten past the 2026 NFL Draft, and everyone and their brother won’t stop talking about “grades,” which I have zero interest in wasting time doing. So, with that being said, I’ve already started looking towards the 2027 NFL Draft, and though we have zero clue what the draft order is, we’ll use the sportsbook for it. These types of articles are really more about getting the names in front of you to keep an eye out for this fall, as we know this probably isn’t the draft order, and not all these players will be in the draft (potentially).

With the way NIL is causing players to rethink how quickly they enter the league, an injury that hurts draft stock, a team that doesn’t perform up to expectations, or any other reason could cause players to choose to stick around another year (if they have the eligibility).

Also, huge shoutout to our friends over at NFL Mock Draft Database. They do a great job of gathering consensus rankings.

NOTE: I’m leaving Brendan Sorsby out of this mock due to recent news. If he’s playing this fall, he definitely has a chance to be a 1st round draft pick, though.

2027 NFL Mock Draft: Final Thoughts​

Eagles fans will be scratching their head, but you’re already hearing that the team is trying to change things to accommodate Hurts. If he keeps struggling to bring them another ring, they may look to his replacement, and if this draft is as deep as it appears today at Quarterback, we could see 5+ get drafted in round one, and a team like Philly may choose to grab one. Initially, this draft looks strong if you’re looking for quarterbacks, edge rushers, and cornerbacks. Wideout is pretty top-heavy, and it looks like running backs will be subpar, similar to what we saw in this draft class.
