Most of the analysts I have seen have given Styles a grade of C for his preseason appearances.

Ruben Bain has impressed the most so far.

Love the Bain love.

That said, I don’t care about Styles or Tate’s preseason grade. When the bullets fly is when stuff will begin to come to light. Will take at least a year or two to get a real feel.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt (groin) returned to practice on Tuesday.​

He missed about a week with the ailment, and reporters discovered that the “lower body injury” was a groin injury. We wouldn’t be surprised if he were limited a bit over the next two weeks, but if he’s practicing he’s certainly likely to play in Week 1.

Pre-season grades don't really matter. Remember when the rookie Jamarr Chase was getting shut down by rookie Benjamin St Juste, and media was concerned Chase had more drops than receptions in preseason (or something like that)?

Nobody does in preseason what they're practicing. Which is why every team is now doing joint practices as much as possible.
