This is the kind of stubbornness that demands you better be the smartest guy in the room. There's really no reason why they shouldn't have executed one of the trades for center that happened yesterday. There is less reason why they shouldn't buy a lottery ticket on one of these waiver cuts.

And really, is there any point to having Good-Jones even on the practice squad? He's proven you can't put him on the field.

I liked Antonio Hamilton. Good for him though for declining the PS spot. Hope that means he's in talks with someone.

And even though Hartman actually didn't look like trash in the preseason, they've already screamed at the top of their lungs that they will never play him. So, WTH is the point of signing him to the practice squad.

Last gripe (until I think of another one) it bothers me that none of our practice squad signees so far was from another team.

I don't disagree. We needed to make a trade for an experienced center last weekend. It's mystifying that we didn't. When John Keim is alluding to an issue, it's an issue.

Possible sleeper. Got some starts as a UDFA last year and was supposed to be their swing tackle. He ended up sucking in camp and then got cut. That being said, I don't believe in Darnell Stapleton to be the one to coach this guy up
