Hopefully she’s continuing her coverage elsewhere, she’s one of the good ones

Pretty cool.

Jaylyn Fast Lane is going to be awesome. Such a great addition to our offense.

Nothing better than seeing our franchise classics come back around the team. 89 in the ring, retiring 81, etc. it really droves that the farquat fog is lifting, without leaving a bog behind. I can see clearly now, the rain is gone.

Makes it feel real and not flukey

Few of these are repeats with more detail:

This kid is happening. We’ve all had a good feeling since draft weekend (especially SIP) but he’s flashing it seems

Luckily Terry’s long-term ankle injury doesn’t look too serious.

He ran a 4.34 with draft bio stating he gets to top speed quickly. I love this. He's also known to be able to separate as a wr with consistency which is so necessary for a pro receiver. Kid has jets. Return options galore also with the physical skills he has. If he learns to beat press consistently look out.

Is it just me, or does it seem like Jayden is throwing a lot more picks this year? I want to hear more descriptive explicit reviews of how he’s looking.

I know it’s just camp. Mahommes threw a million picks in camp the year before he first started, and played at an MVP level. It’s just out of character for Jayden. You could pitch it as just being due to how improved our secondary is, but he didn’t throw a ton of picks against better secondaries in the regular season last year.

He touches on this at 5:30 in the interview below. And it’s exactly what I want to hear. To your point, this is what Mahomes did before his first year as a starter, and it’s great to know the coaches aren’t shying away from pushing Jayden to do the same - it’s the only way he’ll ever reach his incredibly high ceiling.

Another example of this:

That wasn’t Lane, “Mossing” anybody. The ball just barely made it over two defenders. Sainristil even touched that ball!

Also…the interaction with Jayden, Sainristil, and the fans. This is such an incredibly fucking likable team.
It still builds that trust for JD to make that throw in a game situation. Lane absolutely fought through two defenders for that ball.

Yeah loved that.

Really love JD not looking like a twig. He got a lot bulkier.

I feel like Nikki J's departure was not really talked about much. Hoping that she continues with some other form and reports on the team still. She's great.

I am a fan as well and echo your sentiments. Really smart and consummate pro.

Yeah, I was going to comment on this too. She's been one of the good ones

Maybe Jayden is different and can get away with it.

Usually, attempting that pass is bad process. Tightly covered 5’10” receiver that is double covered. Across the NFL, that pass is tipped, or intercepted way more often than it’s competed.

Feels like Jayden completed at least half a dozen of these to similar height guys in Terry + Dyami last year. It’s about placement over the defenders rather than the shorter WR having to sky for it

Like that’s not the dumb red zone fade to tiny WR’s Gruden used to call—it’s a deep ball over the defense into the back corner of the end zone, something Daniels was excellent with last year bc his touch is impeccable
