Saw the news item from late last week rhat the Commandera are increasing STH prices by 11 percent on average.

Was curious if any of you are STH and if so, what section are you in and how much of an increase will you be paying?

I thought I heard 7% but not sure?

I was looking at a Reddit thread and some guy claimed his four seats in the 100s plus parking went from 6000 in '23 to 7500 in '24 to 9500 in '25. I know having an improved team is a good problem to have, but a 50 percent increase over two years seems excessive.

Another person in the thread who has seats in the 100s claimed that the team is saying that in order to keep his same seats, he will have to join the Touchdown Club, which is like 5000 more per seat for the season. Otherwise, he has to move to less desirable seats.

Yeah... I saw that thread. I think forcing people to move if they don't want to pay a huge increase is a different topic than a general price increase. That shouldn't happen.

The thing is, when you spend $6.5 billion on an NFL team, you're going to have to do something to start recouping some of that investment. So color me not surprised. Let's be honest... even at previous pricing, most of the folks attending these games are living way beyond their means. Unless you are making a couple hundred thousand per year, going to an NFL game (much less being a STH) is outrageously expensive.

It's true.
It happened to a tailgate buddy of ours and he was telling us about it yesterday. Sucks. He sits in the 100's on the 50, below the owners suite. He, and quite a few others in that section were turning around and giving Harris shit about it. There's a great pic of him on FB, going back and forth with Harris about it.
Like I said before....it sucks.
We sit in 204, but haven't seen any correspondence from the team yet, concerning rising seat prices.

Just got the email.....ours went up $480.00. 2 seats in section 204 row 6 and Red Zone parking. That's ~ $4K for the entire package.

brought it up in the thoughts thread but yeah they did spike my ticket prices up. it was 400 dollars and now it's 600. it's not really that big a deal because it's all split between several months but still. with the team success they want to take advantage of the Jayden Tax

Sadly this is the norm especially with the team success. The ticket prices already went up last year (but did not affect people in the 400's such as myself). Now the people up high are affected. I was thinking of moving to the 400's midfield by the 50 yard line but I think I'll just stay where I am now in the corner.

The times of taking advantage of super cheap tickets are going away. And if they move to a new stadium it'll be even more. That said I am happy with how I've been treated as a STH and the benefits.

My STs used to be in the 400s at the 45, ten rows in front of the cinder block filming structure. Even though I was an out-of-towner I used to fly up for two games a year and (try to) sell the rest. That got harder and harder each year and combined with paying full price for preseason games…it just didn’t make sense anymore.

Honestly I enjoy watching games at home now much more than in-person. I am going to New Orleans in a couple weeks and those ticket prices are crazy.

10K for 8 games plus presesason? That's crazy.

I know the 100's are premium seats, but seats should be priced in a way that the average fan can participate.

I don't consider standing the entire game and being exposed to the elements "premium" We had lowers at RFK, but I was a lot younger back then and didn't care.

200's under cover on the Skins side are probably the best...but they're kinda/sorta pricey too. We're in the last row in section 204, (which is on the goal line), and they're going to cost us $4K next season, with parking. My fear is that they'll figure that shit out and start charging even more. If/when they build a new stadium and institute those heinous PSL's, it'll probably spell the end of our season tickets....

I just looked up the prices for the next game and they ranged from 85-275 if you bought single tickets which feels a little more sane. OTOH, if you are wanting to bring along the family that can still get outrageous pretty quick. After all, I bet most people go with at least one other person.

Yup.
The prices are dynamic...i.e. they value prices for individual games differently, depending on the opponent. I'm pretty sure that most NFL teams do that. The Tennessee game is one of the cheapest games.
