2023 - OTA/Camp thread

I mean, if he can’t look like a guy at least remotely close to the talent worthy of where he was drafted in a contract year, supposedly 100% healthy, he’s putting his reputation and a potentially big 2nd contract at risk. It’s do or die time.

I figure we carry 6 WRs (as long as 1 of them takes over return duties). Hard to imagine we carry more than that without digging deep into the RB room as well as Interior O-Line. Going to be a wild competition to watch over the 3 preseason games as these 9 guys fight for presumably 2 roster spots.

I project that they add Pringle and Kemp to the four you listed and add Allen to the practice squad.

On WRs, my guess would be that Pringle and Allen make the roster and Tinsley goes to PS. Dax Milne may be odd man out.
 
The Washington Redskins' offense and defense have been pitted against each other for the better part of two weeks now, and they're ready to see another team on the other side of the ball.

How can we tell? Practice was a bit chippy on Day 9 of training camp for most of the morning. Whether it was Nick Gates throwing a football at Phidarian Mathis, Chase Young mouthing off to the offense during drills or Terry McLaurin getting upset during 11-on-11 drills, there was clear tension between the two groups.
 
Terry is right. You can lay your teammate out and go all out, but you sure as heck help him/her up when the play is over. There is no exception to that.

The hot topic regarding local media coverage has been the fact that Rivera keeps bringing up Brissett when asked about Howell, and about how everyone thinks the "competition" is a joke because of the fact that Howell has been taking ALL the reps with the 1st team.... then this



You can't tell me he doesn't listen to sports talk radio, and react to it.
 
That sure is frustrating. I can't even imagine how the players feel

Maybe he’s a safety they think can transition to tight end or guard.

Clearly, Del Rio believes in small ball. It’s going to be DL and DBs only.
