You almost forget Dyami Brown is on the roster.

He’s been here 3 years and I can’t really recall him making any deciding plays during a regular season game.

He had 1 big game last year that gave me some levels of hope

If anyone is banking on Brown to be anything but an NFL journeyman it’s got to be based on the idea of chemistry with Howell from college. Personally, I think his hands are suspect and I think average hands mean you aren’t a starting WR in this league. Would love to be proven wrong though because he’s got elite speed.

I’ve heard his name a lot this camp so far. May mean nothing, could mean something….

I'm not completely writing him off, but honestly he was a camp darling last year too. Means nothing until he shows he can excel in real games and I know I'm not telling anyone anything they don't already know.

Hopefully now that we have an actual OC we can see whether he's legit or not. If he can't step up and be our #2 or 3 under Eric he's not meant to be one period.

Agreed. It just seems to be ramped up this year, and I was expecting a lot more love for Dotson honestly. Not taking away from Dotson, or saying I’m concerned… it’s just noticeable (as far as the reporting goes).

Well - one thing we all have to keep in mind - it only matters what EB thinks. I was pretty surprised to hear Antonio Gibson (arguably our #1 offensive weapon the last couple of seasons) say he was going to be used as a 3rd down back ala McKissic. For a guy who has carried the entire offense at times, that's a pretty big demotion. All you can do is trust that EB knows what he's doing.
