2019 BGO NFL Pickem - Final Results

With all of our focus on rebuilding this great site, we never got around to *officially* announcing our 2019 BGO NFL Pickem Contest results!

Congrats to our 2019 Champion, MisterPinstripe who dominated all comers racking up an amazing 174-92-1 record. Amazing job brother!

In 2nd place in this year's contest, it was Canadian Hog with 172-94-1 record. Wrapping up our top four prize winners, we had China and redskins26 with 169 and 165 wins respectively. Honorable mention goes to IronMike who matched redskins26 165 wins on the year, but lost out on the basis of tie-breaker points. Rounding out our top 10 on the year were Kel Varnsen , Ax , Posse Lover, Win4us, and @Dixie Flatline.

Thanks to everyone for playing our contest this year. Next season we will be using the NFL PIckem contest software right on this site. We have set up a test contest with a week's worth of games and encourage you all to register and make some picks so you get a feel for how the contest will work this year.

not bad considering that I picked all of my picks up to our bye week before week 1. I might have made a handful of changes. The 2nd half after the bye week, I choose weekly to try getting in the top 10. I succeeded in my goal. God willing and we're all here for the 2020 - 21 season, I am going for the gold

This contest is great! It just proves to me that I would lose my shirt if I was betting real $$$! It is hard enough just picking winners. I could not imagine how difficult it would be if we had to pick based on the Vegas point spread.
