Building a team, with what we currently have

The only people you keep on a team that's been playing as bad as this one for as long as this one, are the people you have to. Everybody who can go, should go. Bring in young talent that can be developed as trade bait.

I like Jimmy Johnson's quote to John Roper after he fell asleep in a team meeting:

'If we can lose with you, we can certainly lose without you' 😛

Roper was cut that afternoon.
 
Was thinking if we drafted a solid C or even found in FA, how effective would it be to moves Lickednsmelldher to TE. Dude is a player, just lacks size for a starting 5 position.
