Skins Quotes 8/25: Jay Gruden

I wonder how long it takes before the media's irritational approach starts to chip away at Gruden's demeanor, and as any human being has their limits, Gruden eventually turns much of reactions into sour ones.

Could this image end up erupting ?

The other possible context for that comment is Gruden believing that you don't pick an 'identity' and then impose that (and the system required to support it) on your talent. Instead you figure out what your talent does best and develop a scheme that takes max advantage of those talents. I don't know that this is what he meant but it would fit some of the other comments I've seen him make.
