ANNOUNCEMENT OF INACTIVES
LANDOVER, Md. – The teams have announced the following inactives and lineup changes for today’s NFC Wild Card Round game between the Washington Redskins and Seattle Seahawks:
For the Washington Redskins:
- No. 8 QB Rex Grossman
- No. 16 WR Brandon Banks
- No. 19 WR Dezmon Briscoe
- No. 55 LB Roddrick Muckelroy
- No. 58 LB Vic So’oto
- No. 68 T Tom Compton
- No. 73 G Adam Gettis
No. 20 CB Cedric Griffin (6-0, 195) appears on the roster after being activated from the Reserve/Exempt list on Friday. He assumed the roster spot vacated by No. 30 CB D.J. Johnson, who was placed on the Reserve/Injured list.
No. 84 Niles Paul is expected to return kickoffs in place of No. 16 Brandon Banks.
No. 39 Richard Crawford is expected to return punts in place of No. 16 Brandon Banks.
For the Seattle Seahawks:
- No. 10 WR Deon Butler
- No. 27 SS Winston Guy
