Asante Samuel? Should We?

Get real. The Redskins today are going to draft a qb we believe may lead us deep into the playoffs, but not in 2012.

This is still a building year.

If Griffin had already been here in 2011 and the team was coming off of 8-8 or 9-7 then Samuel would make sense.

But a 31 year old CB after 5-11?

Atlanta was the perfect team for him. Their qb and skill guys are set and they have been to the playoffs and needed a couple of pieces.

you guys are forgetting something, even if we did try to get him the eagles would have to be ok with us having him.

if they felt like he had some left but had to get rid of him for other reasons they're going to shop him to people outside their division.

in the same way they probably giggled when they were able to give us mcnabb.
