The Legend
Carter was a solid 4-3 end before the switch to the 3-4. He had improved quite a bit against the run and posted 10 sacks. He also came to camp in shape and carried himself like a professional.
In the end Carter knew he was not suited for the 3-4 but gave it a shot and then took an opportunity with New England when he was released.
He was in many ways the anti-Haynesworth. He didn't gripe about playing in a different scheme and refuse to contribute where he could.
The irony is that both are in NE, although my guess is that Albert won't be there that long.
In watching him now he seems so far removed from the player he was in 2007 and 2008.
