Oil the swinging gate: FWIW, I can confirm that punter Hunter Smith will re-sign with the #Redskins. He's expected to join the team tomorrow.
 
I would give an awful lot of money to get a chance to ask Hunter what he thought of that whole Swinging Gate sequence.

He's a good holder and I like his athleticism. At least teams have to fear the fake and that might help buy Gano a split second.

I just hope he can do a better job getting punts inside the 20 and not outkick his coverage quite so often as he did last year.
 
I'm really hoping he has the game of a lifetime on Sunday and Coach has no other choice but to Bid Josh Farewell. :biggrin2:
