Last season, one of the reasons for Washington's success is they were one of the most injury-free teams in the league.
This season, the injury gods seem to be making up for lost time. :embarassed:
A big win for Washington. :thewave:
It truly is a week to week league.
Last week was frustrating. This week more satisfying.
Great to have Jayden back.
Hail and onto Chicago Monday night. :cheer2:
They both probably want to avoid a lot of the offseason team activities in the Summer.
They'll probably sign somewhere in or around training camp sometime.
Had an article on NFL.com today about the five teams they believe won the offseason.
One of them was Washington. Here is that excerpt:
****It’s hard to improve from good to great in the NFL, but the Commanders might join the league’s elites with an improved roster that features more...
Part of it may be that it's the offseason.
With a majority of the team basically "shut down" until training camp, they may not have the process and people in place to relay the info to the public. Nor are they probably worried about that.
Who knows? We may not hear anything official until...
Yep, with OTAs and mandatory minicamp now done, we are truly in the dog days of the offseason.
Outside of McLaurin getting a new contract, nothing much will be happening until training camp starts up in late July.
We just have to get through it.
It's been kind of amusing watching people freak out this offseason. :doh1:
Freaking out over getting McLaurin signed.
Freaking out over a 5 second Deebo clip and thinking he's out of shape.
Freaking out over Lattimore and Tunsil not at OTAs, though they were here promptly at mandatory...
Sour grapes most likely.
But even if there was some truth to it, we are over 3 months away from the start of the season.
This is the time of year players use to get in shape.
Looks like they want Robinson to be the guy.
I don't know.

I can't stand the commanders name and the 'W' is just lazy and uninspired.
I only refer to the team as 'Washington' here and 'Redskins' among my brothers, friends and associates.
I only really like one logo, and it's my avatar.
Sinnott was a green rookie last season. Not all rookies burst out of the gate like Jayden Daniels.
Some take a year or two to find their NFL legs.
I think one of the reasons for Sinnott's diminished returns was because by the second half of the season, Washington was becoming a serious playoff...
