    I've been recently inspired by the few drummers who can do one-handed drumrolls on the snare. And do it cleanly. Which is huge. Because if a drummer can do that, it opens so many doors on the kit, because it's essentially like playing with 3 arms.

    I mean my guests getting E. Coli or Salmonella from a raw egg dish, with raw eggs not fully pasteurized. I can't get "fresh" eggs. I'm stuck with American supermarkets, where the eggs come from hens being mechanically rotated & stimulated on an automated assembly line, among other things.

    I had a staredown with this Red-shouldered Hawk (and a crappy zoom) A hawk's grip strength is 200 psi, which is 10 times that of the average human hand. So never offer to shake hands with a hawk. Not to mention the sharpness of the talons. I wonder if it scratched that car's paint

    As soon as we got a deluxe food processor I cut my hand pretty bad. Which is not hard to do, considering the blade is removed to clean it after using. And that blade is sharper than sharp.
