God JD needs to stay healthy this year. He is a surgical QB. And he learns new systems quickly. The only negative is his health. Makes losing Tunsil sting even more. They need to use the TE's and RB's to help in pass pro as much as necessary.
And he has really done it while preserving the salary cap. I have not really liked his drafts so far. But he stepped up this offseason. He rebuilt the defense, added weapons on offense and maintained future cap space. About the only negative I can think of with this offseason is what he decided...
I am not sure Quinn would have had any better options in all honesty. He might be a dead coach walking. And no one of any quality wants to walk into that situation. This is such a huge year for the future of this franchise. The decision on Quinn and whether or not JD is truly the long term...
Glad traning camp is finally here. And I agree about the Center position. Still shaking my head at cutting Tyler. I would think we will add another body there.
Sometimes PFF is a trip man. Nabers at 20? That is ridiculous. He is easily a top 10 WR in this league when healthy. And Chase at 4 has me scratching my head a little bit. I guess you can argue Chase, JJ and Puka at the top 3 imo though.
I was all in on Aiyuk when his feud was with San Fran. Now it is with our franchise QB. That is just asking for a cancerous locker room culture. No thanks.
