    Weight Loss and Diet

    I need to drop some pounds but love my pasta, bread, and adult beverages. Could give up adult beverages for awhile. The biggest problem is with all that is going on we've got a good supply of pasta in case we had to do a 14 day quarantine. I wish there was an easier way to lose weight

    last night took some stew beef and put in crockpot with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Then we fixed some very crispy french fries. Put a serving of the beef and gravy on top of the french fries. Also had some gnocchi. Got to fix this again soon.

    The best thing to do is stop watching the news. I know it is hard to be in with no sports on TV. We have (hopefully) a 14 day supply of everything to survive. Thing is grocery stores won’t close. Relax and have an adult beverage.

    I read somewhere when you fry french fries or even chicken in an air fryer you should spray some oil on them. Is this true? How do you come up with crispy fries and chicken?

    Trent can ask for $20 mil all he wants. I don't see anyone giving him this kind of money. Rivera is a no-nonsense type of guy. If Trent tries to push the envelope too much he is gone. Trent needs to be careful what he asks for.
