Mrs. Skinsfan uses a recipe that a coworker of mine gave me almost 40 years ago....it uses Krusteaz cornbread mix, sour cream, creamed corn, a stick of melted butter and , sometimes, diced jalapenos. We liked Dublin and the surrounding areas a lot more than London. London is a big, filthy city. Interesting fact...if you like Indian food, this is the place to go...we were told that London has the largest Indian population outside of India.
