    Honestly in person, non-certified autos are not worth very much unless they have been authenticated by PSA/JSA etc. Same thing for cards and everything else - without a certification, it's just not worth much.

    I was saying it's lip service because that's what businesses - particularly large businesses - generally provide to their stakeholder base in lieu of genuine concern. This is much less that ownership did or didn't do the right thing; it's more that we shouldn't expect them to act in anything...

    This will come across as harsh but any factor beyond "bottom dollar" will not matter to ownership as there's no reason for it to. How long you've been a fan, how much money you've spent, how much you know about the team, how dedicated you are, how much you've suffered - they couldn't care less...
