The Front Office: Adam Peters and Roster Construction

To be fair to Luke he was the last compensatory pick in the 3rd round which is equivalent to being the 4th pick in the 4th round. The difference between the 65th which is a 3rd round pick and the 100th which also was a 3rd rounder is a pretty massive gulf as far as expectations should be...

Welcome to Washington Allen, Gulbin, and Kaliakmanis,

Fatman and little boy were the names of the atomic bombs we dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. So I guess when I think about it theres a distinct possibility those nicknames could be a little disrespectful when put in that context.

Welcome to Washington Allen, Gulbin, and Kaliakmanis,

But then it wouldn't match historically. I assume you know the historical reference?

But his original point was, that some posters may be contradicting themselves a little by suggesting we should have been patient and groomed forbes but that we should cut bait on guys like sinnott.

    The 2026 Free Agency Thread

Thats the conundrum, how much is he worth. Apparently he had a real problem with drops last year too, not sure why that popped up out of nowhere. And yes I dont think the jags are trading him for less than a 1 or maybe a 2 and a 3 or something and thats where it gets scary.

Welcome to Washington Allen, Gulbin, and Kaliakmanis,

Do we have any smaller shiftier backs we can call "little boy" The atomic duo. Nuclear backfield. There are options.

    The 2026 Free Agency Thread

Im so torn on how to feel about BTJ and whether or not id want to trade good assets for him. On the one hand he had a phenomenal rookie year and has a good rapport with jayden. On another he seems to have fallen out of favor with Jacksonville and I'd love to know why. On another Jacksonville...

    The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 3

Its technically not irrelevant its just that aiyuk can tear it up and make it irrelevant if he chooses to. Many have suggested he'd be stupid to do that and many have suggested that he'd be stupid not to because nobody is going to honor it anyway. At this point it seems that all parties...

Welcome to Washington Allen, Gulbin, and Kaliakmanis,

Yup, and had we not taken him even if he went undrafted there's a good chance he could have signed with any of those other teams. I see the logic on both sides but in the 7th round if you see a guy you like sometimes its better to not screw around and just get him.

If he no shows to camp then we thank our lucky stars that we didn't get him and move on. At that point its obvious his head isn't in the right space and he isn't doing what it takes to get back on the field.

Insane value might be a bit of a stretch. It took me 5 minutes to even find him when I was looking for this years qb rankings.

    The 2026 Free Agency Thread

Because he doesn't have to, he knows at this point he's not getting anything. Aiyuk really screwed himself by not demanding his release in exchange for not contesting the guarantees. I hope he shows up to mini camp wearing nothing but a speedo thong, and spends every waking moment as the...
