    I've just heard too many reports of him being more of a great athlete than a great player right now. I'm also concerned his combine has vaulted him up boards and we've seen how that can backfire. I was all about Styles, fell for the hype, but they can't miss on this pick.

    I get all this. And I agree it's exciting. I just feel badly for the "other astronauts" who have become afterthoughts. I also question the money aspect as we are talking about cutting Medicare benefits to seniors. But that discussion is for another place.

    My thoughts as well. Love and Downs IMO will be a top 5 player at their position starting in year 1. I'm not sure I feel the same about the other players we are discussing. Certainly not Tate or Delane.

    This is what I can't figure out. Mocks are just guesses but if you really look at them they may have the teams wrong but the top 10 is usually similar to the mocks. A month ago nobody had Delaney in the top 5. If he was always a shutdown corner why would this be the case?

    I think they feel they already have their ILBs covered. That could play a role in the selection. If they go Tate at 7 we kind of know they drafted for need. If they trade back that kind of tells me the guys they really wanted are off the board so that's not a good sign..
