Not necessarily we can move up with other teams losing, we just cannot beat the Browns on the SOS tiebreaker. For example if Cleveland wins and we lose, we'll finish with a worse record and jump them.

Yes. There is the possibility our draft position can improve but none that it could worsen.
 
it's an extreme long shot but if my math is right we could end up as high as 2....

That first pass by Shedeur was not inspiring at all in terms of them coming back.
