4th Annual BGO Ballers Fantasy Football League

Effing AutoDraft. I must not have ordered my players properly, I ended up with Russell ****ing Wilson AND the Sea D. I hope I lose every effing game BECAUSE those two suck ass.

Here's my team this year. Fell asleep on the clock and drafted the Bears Defense...will probably have to change that. I'm pretty happy with everything else though:

The yahoo grading system was very kind to me, giving me a C. I'm guessing it doesn't hand out Fs as a courtesy. :)

I reached on Dalton, but QBs were getting snagged quickly. Oh well...guess I should have held out.

I got a 'C' as well although according to 'Yahoo' my draft position was 'challenging'. I mostly got hammered due to my RBs Only sure fire RB I drafted was Steven Jackson. Behind him I drafted 3 rookies.. With most of the marquee backs drafted already I felt it was worth taking chances on some highly regarded rookies on teams where they'll compete for starting roles.

I also went with Aaron Rodgers with my first pick on the theory that I I couldn't get a top 10 back I could least grab the top QB.

Ronnie Hillman does not look good, so it appears Montee Ball has the starting job locked up in Denver. Whether or not that means anything is another question altogether, but he is definitely looking like the starter!

I actually think your starters could be really strong, John. Ball was on my radar. I was hoping to get him with one of my picks at the end of the 4th/beginning of the 5th but you had him already.

RB's went fast last night. I was shocked that the best back left on the board when I picked at the end of the second was Reggie Bush.

Goal, Russell Wilson and the SEA D should be huge this year. You have some good starters. Not sure about the TE, or some of your lesser RBs though.

I got a "D" grade from Yahoo. I'm predicted to come in 14th out of the 14 teams in the league. I guess I've got my work cut out for me.

Then again, I DID lose track of the rounds and forgot to even draft a defense. So, maybe Yahoo has my number. #Doofus

Lanky, great draft. Especially the earlier picks.

I'm not so sure about Gates...hoping he has something left in the tank. I was going to draft Jordan Cameron, but he went a few picks before I took Gates (I think it was you?).

LSF, no worries on the defense. You have plenty of time to pick one up.

I like your draft, with a few exceptions. Kai Forbath is predicted to be the 17th best kicker. I'm not sure what the rush was to draft him so early. Although we are in a Skins league....so....

And not sure why you drafted two nearly identical QBs. Good insurance if one goes down though.

You have great starting RBs. You may be able to improve your bench. Not a fan of Shonn Greene.

Yes, I was shocked to get him. I hope he's my flex this season. Your team is solid.

I have faith in Mark Ingram and Greg Jennings to fill in. The rest...well we'll see :p

You have some great pieces in place. But Jennings is old, trying to learn a new system, and has a guy named Christian Ponder throwing to him.

Flacco is frustrating as hell in FF during the regular season.

And Daniel Thomas will split carries, at best.

Just some ideas. They may all turn out to be great.

That team has potential LSF and I got the championship game last year doing the "defense of the week" thing, so I wouldn't worry to much about that. Odds are there is a defense still available that will make a bigger than expected jump and be a Top 10 fantasy defense when no one expected much out them.

Drew Brees NO - QB

Roddy White Atl - WR

Torrey Smith Bal - WR

Frank Gore - RB

Giovani Bernard -RB

Drew Brees/Jimmy Graham back to back was a pretty interesting strategy...I'll be really interested to see if it pans out.
