The plan had no contintincy plan should either Tunsil or Allegretti get injured. They knew Coleman was the only serviceable backup at LT and they tried to have him win the job over Paul last camp and he failed. Even if he did win the job, and that was hardly a given, then they had no legit...
I had been concerned about the OL since before camp, I never understood the optimism and this was before Tunsil got hurt. We all knew the C and LG positions were below average, and that was before Allegretti went down. The RT improved but he is hardly proven. 3 question marks in the starting...
I thought I knew cereals. I have 2 cousins who work for Kellogg's for crying out loud. One invented the Raisin Square which never took either. But I've never seen or heard of this cereal.
She's been all over the news though I never saw anything she was in. I was sadden to know that her parents also lost their only other child, a son, when he was in his 20's from some weird heart thing.
I came from a broken home (sniff*sniff*) so as a single parent mom didn't have time for a real breakfast. So I grew up on cereal and Tang. Never liked Wheaties and still don't. I remember the Quisp vs Quake thing as well but we did mostly Kellogg's. Frosted Flakes, Rice Crispies and Raisin...
I don't know how they are going to run the ball with this interior OL. If you can't run the ball it's difficult to have an effective offense even with Jayden Daniels.
I spent several weeks deciding on the destination for our vacation in New England. I settled on Newport, Rhode Island and I'm glad I did. This is unlie any place I've ever been. Everyone knows about the mansions, what I wasn't expecting was how many there are. In most of the town you turn...
Fair point, I was thinking of 2024. But with that said between Jayden and MM that is nearly 600 yards of rushing yards. Put that with JCM and his explosiveness including a 72 yarder and that accounts for a lot of it.
But it's the eye test for me. Never did they look like a good run blocking...
Every ranking I saw had them at #20 or higher, and that was before the Tunsil injury.
The rushing yards are a function of Jayden Daniels and to some extent the lack of sacks are too as he escaped plenty of sacks, It's not a reflection of the offensive line.
I have had a very relaxing summer of doing what I like to do. It's been nice but I'm ready for more. Tomorrow we head to Newport, Rhode Island with a day in Providence. Pretty excited, we've never been to RI together before. A few weeks later my fishing trip with my best friend at his lake...
The offensive line isn't very good. I've been saying it all offseason. Cosmi is good, nothing more, and the RT is still unproven. I have no idea how they expect our interior OL to run on the Eagles front. On top of that Allegretti is missing valuable reps at a new position.
I think Styles is the player we are most excited about. I just wanted to come out of that draft with a star, I didn't care which position. But his position can be more impactful than a safety for instance and I hope they landed the star this defense really needed. Perhaps we can actually...
Every time I see a clip of training camp I don't understand how they can evaluate anyone. I mean they are obviously going at 1/2 speed and jogging through drills.
