Camp is open so it's time to start getting updates - This will be a report and react thread. Not necessarily where we need to be discussing things beyond just the injury being reported / updated, though we all know how quickly Strength and Conditioning has it's place....

Medrano passed his physical

Treylon Burks was a full participant in practice yesterday (Aug 2)

Nick Allegretti will miss a few weeks, and John Bates expected to miss 1 week

Also, should get updated about Tress Way and Trey Amos on Thursday

Amos is my biggest concern.

Allegretti is nipping at his heals though.

It's amazing. I didn't have as much of a concern about WR2, I was panicked about CB, and had a watchful eye on Center because I thought Allegretti would be fine but depth might be an issue.

Camp starts, and BAM: Burks - out. Allegretti - out. Amous - not in.

My three biggest concern areas (not in the same ranking as others but still concern areas, and injuries in all of them.

Good to see Burks thing was minor.

I want to see Amos out there soon.

Burks being back is kinda like Noah Brown being back though.

It's probably just temporary.

That's great news! I've been expecting Armstrong but getting very antsy about Amos. I'm sure they brake him in cautiously, he is a linchpin to the D.

This is my least favorite thread ever.

Just sayin'... lol

At least it's not as bad, (and I'm dating myself a little bit), as when I watched Phillip Daniels go down for the year on the very 1st play of 7 on 7 drills on the first day of camp. Happened right in front of me and it looked pretty bad. He was a great DE and that was a kick in the nuts when we found out that it was a season-ending injury. That's why we ended up with that shitty Jason Taylor signing.....

Armstrong was really good last year. He could really add some good pass rushing depth, even if he’s just 80% of what he was last year.

It's going to be fascinating to see how they use Armstrong. When he comes back, how much he plays, does he play more at DE or edge as an OLB, etc.

Amos just left practice with trainers to go inside the building. Not a good sign.

Tunsil also.
