I think we should put the injury updates and stuff in the Training Camp thread.

I didnt even know ES was back. I just checked and found it. It feels weird. Its like a girl you're madly in love with breaks up with you, you move on and get in a new relationship, then years later the ex texts that she misses you. I have mixed emotions. Do I stay with the new gf that is good to me and loyal or the hot piece of ass thats sexy but toxic. Or am I a playa? Im confused. BGO I love you. Please dont take this confusion as I dont. You've been great to me and also I love less rules with you. You let me be me and love me for it. Buuuut that otha chick does have a nice bootie. Aweee man what is happening to me.

To be clear, it’s not the old ES, just a new messageboard that someone created to make it feel the old site. It was created in January 2025 (and evidently still as poorly ran as well, by admin that like to bully people that disagree with them)

Oh I well remember. I love it here. Thats why I said hot but TOXIC ex. I was making a joke about it. I remember the bullying and not being able to have your own opinion without being threatened of getting put on restriction and no dessert. Kinda like how recently I went thru a divorce. I now have met the most amazing woman ive ever met in my whole life. Im so amazingly happy. Happiest ive been in my whole life. An hour ago found out my ex has a new bf now. And 0% jealousy. I just dont care. Same with ES.

I feel like this is Diggs agent doing overtime.

The fact a 1000 yard receiver is still sitting out there is probably aggravating to Diggs and his agent tan t they are trying to drum up interest.

I’m not commenting on whether the team should or should not do anything, just the pretty obvious source of the story

Fowler from ESPN is no joke, so if he is saying 5 teams are poking around Diggs, I believe him.

Pre-the Aiyuk meltdown, Keim came off in his podcasts that there were two reasons why he believed this brass preferred Aiyuk over Diggs -- age and he should be cheaper.

Now post Aiyuk meltdown, I presume Aiyuk is out. But if Diggs is looking for 10-15 million a year, Keim seemed previously skeptical that this team wanted to spend that kind of money, But i am fascinated to see what Keim says this week because....

Keim flat out said in recent podcasts he doesn't want to bother the brass while they are on vacation. But the vacation is now over so, I guess he might get a sense for the current thinking.

I've grown to be willing to add Diggs to the roster, but preferably under these caveats:
1) He is brought in to be part of a rotation, where his presence still allows Luke/Burks/Lane/Williams/etc enough snaps to develop and find their groove
2) He convinces our Brass that he is no longer a knucklehead and ready to act like a veteran grown-ass man, without pouting if he only gets 15 plays and 4 catches per game
3) His contract allows caveat #1 to be realistic

All of that would be great, especially giving us a glimmer of hope if Terry goes down again. However, I don't think his ego would allow for that to happen

I’m not disputing the whole report, or any of it. Specifically reacting to the “Washington is intriguing to diggs because…”

That’s thrown in there for a reason. And it’s not just random, and didn’t come from Washington.

If there are 5 teams poking around, I buy that.

But I think Diggs’ market after all the off field stuff is softer than he was expecting. There might be several teams interested but not at the price he wants.

So it appears as though his agent is trying to drum up interest.
