All good, nothing wrong with a little bit of help... by the way any MDs out there? I got this rash on my....

You should tell us your credit card number and security code so that we can check and make sure it hasn't been leaked anywhere.

I do have LifeLock after all that OPM nonsense several years ago… :ROFLMAO:

It seems like there has been a lasting narrative that Aiyuk joining the team is formality once he becomes available, however in the event that he is released and say a couple of weeks go by and the team hasn't signed him (or Diggs for that matter) would that indicate to fans that the organization feels legitimately okay running with the WR room as is at least for now or more that they have apprehension specifically with adding Aiyuk and/or Diggs? I guess the larger question is how sure even are we the front office or coaches are looking for more help at WR versus how the fan base feels based on the lack of recognizable names in the room?

I imagine every team would want medicals of Aiyuk. Which would take a little time to negotiate.

I doubt he would be cut and then immediately signed.

I can see it going fast if Aiyuk is on board with the Prove-it contract. I still think that's the way to go. Sign him to a one-year deal because he has so much to prove. I also can imagine Aiyuk being very difficult to sign. Other teams may be gun shy because of just how hard Aiyuk has been pushing the Commanders' narrative. It's been really pretty dumb because he has narrowed his own market. The "dumb" stuff is also why I'm more in favor of a prove-it than a three-year deal.

I'd be gunning to sign him with an optional 2nd year. I would not commit more than that unless the second year had an easy out for the team or the ability to renegotiate

I think apart of those medicals that teams would want of Aiyuk would be a “check up from the neck up” cause undoubtedly there is major concern with a guy his age aging the way he has of late on Social Media… and easily could date back to slightly thereafter signing the huge contract with the 9ers… man I’m over here Praying this clown doesn’t become e a part of this team…

Ouch, that's the first I've seen or heard of the receivers looking poor.

And that's about their hands, not about their route running, speed or separation ability!

That should nudge them to start adding to that group immediately.

Well, I'll take it grain of salt until I read/see others confirm it.

I haven't read anybody else covering the mini camp saying anything about WRs dropping passes all over the place.

In fact, I've been reading others saying mini camp is going very well.

Seems a little fishy to me. 🤔

And with the exception of Lane and maybe Dyami, most of our receiving group have had pretty good hands. So agreed, if the biggest concern isn't confusion, misreads, seperation and route trees, I'll take that as a win

I was actually looking at the drops as very concerning, not a win. Last year misreads, route running and separation were all issues, last thing we needed is the dropsies now entering the fray

A lot of the times drops happen because of misreads and bad route running. If you are not where you need to be and have to rush to the spot then it impacts the ability to catch because you have to stretch and reach and grab at weirder angles. Have no idea if that was the case yesterday.

Oh I get that. The quote however said drop after drop after drop. That doesn't resonate in the way you are referring. Then again, it was just one perspective on drills.

Yep. Listening to Kiem this morning he said nothing about drops. He did pick out McCaffrey for having a good day. That said, a lot of drops for whatever reason: bad hands, bad route running, bad passes, bad concentration, etc. is not good especially on a team full of bubble quality players.

Hmm, well they seem to be sold on Luke making the team along with Terry and Antonio. The more I hear of issues with the group, the more I will lean towards Jefferson making the roster. He is probably the most consistent and reliable of the lot. Hopefully he can separate okay but he does not drop passes and runs good routes
