I've come to accept that there will be people that hate the uniforms until they bring the Redskins logo back, no matter what. So be it.

That said, short of bring the logo back - which may or may not happen at some point - I really like them. They LOOK like the Redskins of old, and the alternate is FAR better than what they had been wearing.

Now if only we can get a Lombardi-era-type throwback/fauxback at some point (I'd love a yellow lid)...

Putting the spear solely on the uni that's the farthest from anything with ties to the past is dirty work.

Your opinion is as valid as anybody else's.

Let me ask you this...

How will you feel about it if they fully return to the classic Redskins uniform design with the exception of the W logo?
What if we get a redesigned Black Uniform with a Spear Helmet as an alternative?
How would you feel should they go with a full-on embrace of a Greco-Roman aesthetic?

All things being even I just like to go back to the old uniform. Put the spear with the feathers on the helmet. I love to have the chief logo back, but I’m sure a few very loud people would yell and scream about that despite the fact that we know it was all done very respectfully and designed by a Native American. My biggest concern are really the fight song, and removing dumb crap like major Tuddy.
