Kind of bad. I think you generally want ~$20M or so left after the first wave to sign draft picks and guys in the second wave

Posted earlier that the deal included two void years. So they may have stretched the money out to 5 total years. Would definitely lower the cap if they did.

Haven't seen details, but if they did it right, they should have reduced his cap hit this year

Dude is smoking crack. They should have MORE after resigning Tunsil and the Oweh deal is probably a 15M year cap first year deal.
