The other trend is slower moving deals. I can remember hitting that 12:01 mark in the past and already seeing a number of deals being posted.

The longer it goes to see Washington make a move the more conservative with the dollars I would guess and that means having to settle for the second tier, mid-level players yet again.

The .235 hitting catcher that gets on base with walks to the tune of .410 average can go sign elsewhere
