I don't know if I posted this before but this is a really great guitar. Very reasonably priced and it does not go out of tune. Better than a Strat IMO, and I have owned many. I keep mine in E flat for Stevie Ray and Jimi tunes. If you don't want the American made version, which is more expensive, I hear the Indonesian models are also very very good and at a better price point. Just FYI

I can pull the quad cortex mini off the board, set it on my living room table and play direct into it with my guitar and with headphones. Or I can run a full stereo rig with two amps

Got my four guitars back from the luthier today.

Heritage H-150 aged Dirty Lemon Burst
Full custom Jimmy Page mods. Custom built and wound pickups, push/pull pots (split coils, phase, etc), period correct neck/bridge switch and donut ring, and sprague capacitors. Full setup. My dream guitar since I was a teen!

Epiphone (Japanese) BB King Lucille Black
Minor fret work and full setup. This guitar has been fully modified in the past. All Gibson Hardware, custom wound Dave Stephen's 59 pickups, push pull back wiring, new potentiometers, etc.

Heritage 535 Cherry Red
Swapped out the Seymour Duncan 59 pickups for Seymour Duncan Seth Lovers. Really great blues and jazz tones. Full setup

Full setup.

I've been considering the Taylor GS Mini because i can keep it upstairs without taking up too much room, any ideas or is something else better?

I've just been shopping online though, is that guitar like a kids guitar or is it ok for an adult to play?

I am a big Taylor fanboy. I bought a mini and sold it because I found it too small to be comfortable. I much prefer the Grand Auditorium body size and I have two. I also have a Grand Orchestra model, that is a big bodied guitar. Like Goldilocks I found the GA just right.

I have a couple of Taylors - including a koa wood mini. I plan to give that one to a niece. For the money, it's a great starter guitar especially for a younger person.

My favorite acoustic is an acoustic-electric Zager. I know there are some who trash Zager because of their marketing methods, but they really do make fantastic guitars in my experience. Both of the ones I have owned were fantastic sounding and the extra distance between strings makes them very easy to play.

How tall are you? I am 6 ft 3 in and I could not play a mini. Something you might want to consider. But without a doubt, I would highly recommend a Taylor with whatever you decide to purchase

As I've been mentioning I broke my mega board down into two boards and actually added a few pedals into the chain.

Board #1 is done. I'm just waiting on a shorter power cable for one of the power supplies, see below:

I did the basic build of Board #2 tonight. Velcro, handles, and 2x power supplies installed. Below is the rough pedal layout. I still need to make some minor tweaks, most of them involving pedal lifts for even elevations. Once I get that taken care of I will start taking care of the pedal power and signal cabling. But you get the general gist of it below.

Relearning a whole bunch of old songs that I used to play. When I was seriously playing years ago, we did not have YouTube. All we had was a cassette recorder or an album. Come to find out I made some errors. It's so much easier to learn songs nowadays

So I did all the basic setup got Wi-Fi setup login to all my accounts downloaded things and that took a few hours so I've only had a few hours to play on it. But I will tell you oh my God this thing is amazing!
