It's funny. I thought the team played its heart out and did us proud for 2 3/4s quarters. After Mariota went down, the team lost heart. Johnson could barely catch a snap.
So, I hear you and almost everyone else about the choice not to go for it on fourth, but other than that they did so much better than I thought they would. And honestly, if not for the refs gifting the Eagles over and over again with second chances on phantom calls and ignoring Eagles fouls... we had a real chance to win that game.
We’re supposed to be a competitive professional organization, not a charity case that tries its best. You’re talking about our team like they’re the kid who had to wear a helmet for too long that finally learned to tie their shoelaces, well mostly but Velcro is pretty good too considering the situation, what an effort!
