I was actually referring to the defensive celebrations after a turnover. Drives me insane.

Oh lol, I mostly agree with that. Need to get the energy up for any chance at a blowout but sometimes the lack of awareness is wild. A turnover, okay I’ll allow it to some degree, have to flip the momentum for a miracle comeback. But sometimes these guys celebrate after a 3rd down stop or merely a tackle when down by 3 TD’s. Embarrassing
 
Of course. The Bears supposedly had some interest in trading for Lattimore. There goes that pipe dream.

The plan has been constipated.

Jayden doesnt look great tonight. Even when hes had time he hasnt let it go. When he has let it go, he hasnt hit his targets. This has been all season imo.

No hes not the problem, Yes I love the guy and fully believe in him. But bottomline he hasnt been good this year along with the rest of them.

Really shocking we have fallen this far, this fast. Wonder how Adam and Harris will react to this.
 
We will never get on national TV again for at least two more years. They will make us prove to be a good team next year and the year after before we get some games. The worst defense is the NFL. A boring, playing in mud offense.

Our front office has this team regressing like the 76ers. DQ looks just like he did in Atlanta after the SB appearance. Kliff looks like his offense has been exposed again. Whittle looks completely in over his head.

Ben Johnson is looking right in waiting because we have basketball guys in charge. Macdonald looks like he fell into a much better position and we look embarrassing.

We now have to run the table to make the playoffs with maybe the hardest schedule in the NFL left and that still may not get you in. It's going to be a long, ugly week
 
One does wonder why our two mid round WR draft picks have both been ST’s/return specialist types. Easy to pick and choose the hits but Horton was a 5th and is an easy separating deep threat. Lane has intriguing tools but was touted as the best punt returner in the draft. McCaffrey similarly, tools but raw and ST’s projection while you try to develop him.

Why?
 
You bet coaches have nothing to do with run fits. Its just random instinct that players are just born with or not.

 
Rip those SB era uniforms off of these clowns. They don't deserve to wear them.

I called this out weeks ago. It wasn’t just Horton but others out there too who ended up going behind Lane

Horton might emerge but he hasnt done much this season. This is his breakout game of course against this defense.

But I agree with the larger point Peters clearly didnt do a good job at WR this offseason

Good.

Our performances over the last 30 years have made me hate prime time games with a passion. Only time we should be playing outside of a 1pm or 4pm time slot in the next decade is if we are deep into the playoffs.

I think Lane has flashed enough. But you shouldnt be counting on a late 4th round rookie WR to be a big part of your offense in year 1. They should have signed a legit veteran backup outside WR.
