Heaven help us and we might not want to eat too much before this game.

If Terry & Deebo are playing it would definitely be a boost, but it doesn't address the actual issue on the team which is the defense. The offense, for how off it has looked in 2025, is still actually putting up enough points in most games that even a middle of the pack defense should be able to work with.
It sounds like Quinn finally had enough and told Whitt to make some personnel changes, but I am not going to be convinced it will make a big difference until I see it with my own eyes. Yes, some of the younger players are going to get more snaps, but when/how/why will they be used? Will they actually be on the field in pivotal moments, or will they be getting special teams snaps to pad their box scores. Who knows......what an upset it would be Monday Night, eh?

I expect a huge game out of Mariota.Deebo and Terry are in. Yankoff is out. Payne sounds like is a game time decision with a toe injury

Jayden seemed to be staring down his new receivers, and he can likely use some time to heal.I don't see any way we win this game and I'm more and more convinced it will be another Monday Night embarrassment. We can't stop anyone let alone this offense and the KC secondary is always great and I believe will shut down MM's passing game. MM ain't no Jayden Daniels.

11.5 point underdogs? Oof. This season is such a bummer.

Gay is questionable with a bank injury.
Unless they used the hot tub time machine and brought back the 1991 Redskins in their prime, 12 points sounds appropriate.Yeah it's pretty sad to be 12 underdogs to the team that was in about 13-14 single score games last year when they were winning them all. This year they are actually losing some of those but it seems obvious that they have already flipped the switch.
Still, 12 points?

I will never see MM as an upgrade from Jayden Daniels.Jayden seemed to be staring down his new receivers, and he can likely use some time to heal.
I think MM will be a noticeble upgrade for this week.
I am prepared to do this as well. I didn't watch most of the 2nd half last week.I expect a huge game out of Mariota.
But if Payne is out, I'll.likely turn the game off at halftime.
If thar happens, the second half is likely to look like our playoff game against Philly.

On if there will be changes to the defense:
I think what you'll see is improved play. I think that's obvious in that we want to dig in. So, when wewanted to look and assess to where we needed to make change and make adjustments, sometimes they're not these big overhauls that go, that make the major improvement. It's these small calibrationsand adjustments. And so that is definitely underway as we get out of practice today, I'm looking forward to seeing the speed. We're trying to eliminate the hesitation, and we will do that.
