Why would Payne run at Herbert's left shoulder, when he's a right armed QB? If his angle was towards the throwing side, Herbert struggles to throw it away. That camera angle showed Payne veer to his non throwing side. At least we got the sack to force the FG.

Because defenders are terrified of bulllshit roughing the passer penalties.

Like seriously, its a game chat and for the last 5 quarters we've literally been embarrassing.

He can. His playcall timing is severely broken to me. That first drive was really, really bad, and then he just flips to 100% run until it doesn't work, which of course leads to 2nd-and-long pass, which is obvious, so we end up in 3rd and long which is also obvious.

Kliff's flow is really, really bad.
