Dumb horsecollar after great pressure, but the Bengals are idiots for having burrow out there after taking out his weapo

That wasn't a horse collar. His hands were on Burrow's shoulder pads, not inside.

For sure, and the one hand was dragging the jersey. But the second hand was on the back of the pads and pulling down due to the angle, so you have to call that. It is a dangerous play even though that one didn’t seem malicious

When they initially made horse collar tackles illegal they were because players were grabbing the collar and using their body weight to drag the player to the ground which was dangerous as we all know because they've outlawed that too without the horse collar.
When or why it morphed into any grasping of the collar i have no idea but i dont like it.

I will say we make it look effortless the Bengals had to go for it on numerous 4th downs and get substantial help from penalties

For all intents and purposes what you can take away from this game is over.
We scored twice like there was no defense on the field and they scored twice with 3 4th down conversions and several penalties and a couple questionable calls, which is to say they worked hard for it.
Theres little doubt in my mind that we are the team who can feel pretty good about tonight regardless of the final outcome.

And they took out a bunch of the defensive starters, and Burrow insisted on continuing to play. It would be embarrassing if he didn’t score but they aren’t gliding down the field effortlessly at least

Kaz Allen is a guy I get conceptually, but he’s not athletic enough for his skill-set. Will do well in the CFL

Backup center is an issue as we all have been saying

I hope so because watching the other kickers, they've been pretty consistent at floating kicks to the 5ish yard line.
Gay has been smashing line drives to the 10 to 15.

With the new rules you gotta be able to drop those kicks on the 5.

I couldn't tell if that was the WR who just couldn't run the route to the spot (through the CB) or if Johnson's threw it to the wrong side or what.
