Jerrah used to be the gold standard of owners, back in the 90's. He entirely changed the marketing of the league, made it so much more valuable, and had a winning team.

Now he's an old man who hits on 23 year olds, does stupid contracts, runs his mouth, has an underachieving team and a remarkable resemblance to skeletor from He-Man.

May he run into He-Man's Sword of Grayskull, giving him a deep cut onto which lemon juice can be mercilessly squeezed.

He was the "gold standard" up until he fired Jimmy Johnson and started hiring morons, which, I am okay with.

Actually, what they should have done is used it as a live bombing range and let the military blow it the hell up. Precision bombs and all, what could possibly go wrong?

There may yet be a controlled demo. Will be interesting to see if it is all knocked down with cranes….OR somebody sees your post and gets a “great idea”

Ok, that means that nothing official has been designed yet. They will just tell them what they want and then see where it goes. Will probably take 6 months to a year before a 100% design is completed. Ground breaking probably won’t happen until late 2026 at the earliest.

They should just pick up that Real Madrid stadium with the underground greenhouse, buy the plans and build a replica with a different paint job.

It would be amazing.

I'm not sure how much experience you have with construction. First they need to elect an architect and that architect could be stand alone or be part of a design build contractor. Right now they are just looking at architects and sample conceptual designs. The design has multiple phases, 25% 50% 75%, 90%, 100%, for example. Right now they are just trying to find the Architects that fit their desired vision.

It's a lot more complicated than you think

I have some knowledge. I’m aware that the design process will be done in percentages as well. Which is why I did say it’s going to take about 6 months to a year to get a 100% design done once they decide on an architect. In my experience usually a 30% design comes first. They will ask the owners for input throughout the process until they arrive at a 100% design. Once the design is completed I imagine they will then put the project out to bid for a builder (construction team). When a builder is decided on, and once the build starts there will no doubt be numerous change orders through the build as well which may delay the project.

I have been a facilitator for various projects for my employer, one of which was a multi-million dollar expansion. I understand how complicated it can be and how much time it takes…which is why we won’t play games in it until 2030.

Cool. I've built huge multi-million dollar data centers all over the world and have extensive experience with the construction process.

First thing they need to do is select a design architect.
 
It shouldn't be so hard. Really, all you have to do is hand out a bag of Legos to every season ticket holder and shout, "GO!" :silly:
