Having a homerun hitter at RB is great, but it's not what we need. We need a back that is going to get us 6-8 yards every time you stop paying attention to him. Guy that gets the nickle off the field and keeps the SS in the box. You already need to be focused on JDs legs, but it's his arm that is our source of strength. I think that's why I like Judkins so much.

I mentioned this possibility a few weeks ago - potential heir for Wagner, we used some 3 linebacker sets last year, and I believe Quinn and Peters were both at the UCLA Pro Day (I think we assumed that was more about Oladejo since it was reported that we liked him around that time).

I still doubt that’s the way they go, but…

Apparently he tested really well at his private workout. The Norton connection is interesting. I feel like they could run more base 4-3 and maybe play around with playing nickel using 3 DL, 3 linebackers and mixing up blitz packages (Luvu basically acting as a stand up 4th DL).

Philosophically speaking, I can buy into going for the top ranked LB (or other less valued positions, like G, C, etc) late in the 1st, rather than the 6th DE or whatever.

Overall, it’s an intriguing idea IMO. My hunch though is this might be more about if we trade back a bit or perhaps if the draft falls really poorly for us and we can’t land a trade partner.

You're probably right but I still cant wait until we have multiple guys who's athleticism and skills scare people.

Jayden is a great start but i want him to stay healthy.

Deebo has the potential, we'll have to see what he has left in the tank.

But winning is the most important thing, ill take boring wins over exciting losses any day, I don't wanna be the cowboys either.

I’ve pointed this out a few times but keep a closer eye on Medrano. Norton connection is there, his testing is fantastic and his tape was very good last year. Reasons he is going to slip into Day 3 are he is a super senior & he is probably a WLB/SS at the next level given his size. Think a true Chinn replacement

I recall you mentioning him, and he came to mind while I was looking into Schwesinger. I realized I hadn’t noticed just how impressive Medrano’s athletic scores were.

Overall, it’s an intriguing idea IMO

Carson is my LB#1 ever so slightly ahead of Jihaad whom I freaking love. Carson's ability to cover is the only reason - not just cover but blanket type coverage IMO.

Because of the baggage? Mind you, my point wasn't these are the guys with red flags. My list is bigger than that if I did it that way. But players I really dig but I can see it not working out, too. Green I think is a stud. No red flags for me. As for the personal stuff, feels like NFL teams are OK with whatever happened and his personality. I got no idea personally. But its not hard to see that Pearce has the bigger red flags with NFL teams.

Biased VT Homer take here but I'd be a fan of picking up Bayshul Tuten. There should be significant concern about his fumbles but the guys elusiveness rating and speed are top of the class.

The main reason I think they may consider it is the team (and the league overall) has shown a preference for RB's in this new KR format. And with the touchback coming even further out I suspect they want someone that isn't one of their top 2 backs to be that guy. Tuten can do the Ekeler role in a back-up capacity to start, and KR with true home-run ability.

That's a game changer I'd take a gamble on fixing his fumble issues.

Listening to Keim on Sheehan. And combining that with another radio appearance. If past is prologue its always relevant which names he brings up regardless of context.

A. They want Pass rush, CB, RB. And #4 would be O line. BPA but those are their preferred spots. The pass rush can come from another spot like DT doesn't have to be edge

B. He's hinted now in multiple appearances -- he suspects Ezeiruaku, Green would be their top desires at edge. He knows some interest in Scourton, Landon Jackson. in another segment he mentioned JT and Oladejo later in the 2nd. He mentioned Stewart in a previous segment but didn't talk about him much this time.

C. In a radio appearance he again brought up Derrick Harmon. He's been brought up too many times randomly for me to think he hasn't heard something as to some interest

D. CB: Hairston, Barron, Amos. He suspects Barron is gone.

E. RB: he suspects they take one later in the draft versus early but he's not sure. Mentioned again Henderson and Tuten among some others including Kaleb Johnson.

F. He knows they want to fortify the O line. Mentioned Booker again. This team wants to build a strong O line.

Green changed schools because of sexual abuse allegations and it also happened to him in college.

The Eagles don't play that way.
