Official 1st Annual 2025 BGO Mock Draft

With pick 220, the Patriots select Jalin Conyers, TE, Texas Tech.

Minnesota Vikings - We had a pretty bad draft. Only had 4 picks. Good thing they did some damage in free agency. Having said that, 3 of the 5 OL for Minn ended the season questionable. Not sure those last few bad games for Donald wasn't more due to poor Oline. I really wanted Kelvin Banks when I saw him drop. But we had no picks to use to get him. Then I wanted to trade down but no takers. So yea I took Josh Simmons who finished last year also injured. But the upside for this guy is crazy. If he can come back healthy, he can be a staple. You kind of have to take chances when you only have 4 picks LOL I doubled down on Ozzy Trapilo. I am making sure we protect JJ McCarthy :) Ozzy may make the starting lineup before Josh especially with his pas blocking. But likely will be a back-up swing depending on injuries. The other two were BPA if I am being honest. Not much you can do with 4 picks.

This Commanders draft would be a little rough. I don't know if we'd have to cut several of the free agent DTs we just signed or the ones we drafted. I do love going by the board, but this time it may have backfired.

This concludes the Bengals 2025 draft. The Bengals needed a lot of help on the defensive side of the ball and OG, but I should have gotten them a linebacker. Edge was a critical need for my money Mike Green is the 2nd best pass rusher in this class and he did state he was not asked about the sexual assault allegations when meeting with teams so my comfort level was sufficient to take a chance. Overall fairly solid I think and I especially like the OG I drafted for them Slater is being super slept on as I think he is a plug-n-play type easy and IMO Zah Frazier was a steal, JJ Pegues could be a monster 3-Tech and I really like Isaac Teslaa's upside.

#17 Edge Mike Green Marshall
#49 FS Xavier Watts Notre Dame
#111 OG Jackson Slater Sacramento State
#114 CB Zah Frazier UTSA
#119 DT JJ Pegues Ole Miss
#140 WR Isaac Teslaa Arkansas
#153 TE Oronde Gadsden II Syracuse
#193 RB Trevor Etienne Georgia

That's a good draft, Chump. You're right, Zah was a steal (that I wanted).

Josh Allen Hello GIF by Buffalo Bills

This concludes the 2025 Buffalo Bills draft. The Bills primarily needed the most help on the defensive side of the ball with DB and DL particularly thin but WR is also a pressing need. We've addressed those needs and bolstered their LB and OT positions. I give myself an A+ (of course just a mere mortal)

#30 CB Sharon Revel Jr. East Carolina
#56 TJ Sanders South Carolina
#62 WR Jack Bech TCU
#109 LB Danny Stutsman Oklahoma
#132 WR Don'te Thornton Tennessee
#169 LB Nick Martin Oklahoma State
#170 CB Tommi Hill Nebraska
#173 Edge Antwaun Powell Ryland VaTech
#177 Safety/OLB Hunter Wohler Wisconsin
#206 OT Jalen Travis Iowa State

I thought this a good draft. Your picks at 30, 62, 109, 132 were on my board. I got tired of seeing Buffalo pick.

Guys I'm going to be on the road for a bit heading out soon but would like to make my final picks instead of submitting them since this year's draft is about to be a wrap. I'll be back online around 9 CST/10EST if you would not mind indulging me I'd appreciate it.

Mason Graham Michigan Jr DL 5
Benjamin Morrison Notre Dame Jr CB 36
Charles Grant William & Mary Sr OT 70
Tory Horton Colorado St. Sr WR 107

Tyler Baron Miami (Fla.) Sr EDGE 142
Kalel Mullings Michigan Sr RB 182
Clay Webb Jacksonville St. Sr IOL 194
Jamon Dumas-Johnson Kentucky Sr LB 221

This was an exercise in BPA in the areas of "need" for the Jaguars. Thankfully, they were plenty areas from which to pick.

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

1744072633433.png

Ashton Jeanty Boise St. Jr RB 6
Trey Amos Ole Miss Sr CB 37
Tre Harris Ole Miss Sr WR 68
Dylan Fairchild Georgia Jr IOL 108
Logan Brown Kansas Jr OT 143
Riley Leonard Notre Dame Sr QB 180
Jay Higgins Iowa Sr LB 213
Hollin Pierce Rutgers Sr OL 215
R.J. Mickens Clemson Sr S 222

With the Raiders, I looked at their needs, thought about their tradition and considered their new coach. Getting Jeanty led to building the Oline. Added help in the back 7 with Amos and a S and LB with some potential. Tre Harris isn't a speed demon, but he sure can catch the contested balls. I think I did the Raiders okay.
