Bout time you showed up and posted!Man, I can't believe Kinlaw is underwhelming to some. I think that is an outstanding add.

Tomlinson would be great. I've wanted him since the draft.
If we can somehow add Tomlinson and Lawrence, my tune would change super quick. That's a lot of money after the Kinlaw over pay, but it turns a weakness into a strength.
Then go find a CB.
Thanks for clarifying.Pure speculation right now as to where Kinlaw is going to play. Chad Forbes on twitter, a FA fan geek, spitballed that maybe that's what Quinn has in mind. Then Keim spitballed based on Forbes comments and cited him.
It's certainly possible considering he did play some DE with the Jets. but will see.
I've watched zero of the guy but it's been said multiple times that he isn't much of a run defender. If the grades are accurate he's like a bigger Fowler vs the run with similar results.
I'd have no problem if they had signed an actual run stopping monster but I don't think that is what they are doing.
The Tunsil move was nice but Kinlaw and Harris are underwhelming. If the goal is to net upgrade all departing players to truly reach a Super Bowl level, why not pursue Reid? Not that much more expensive than Harris and a proven leader and stud with the range to get to guys Wagner and Luvu can’t get to. He hasn’t made a Pro Bowl but adding him would’ve been adding a top 12 safety in his prime at a reasonable price in a role that would’ve been a great fit for him
Allen was released. Does he count towards compensatory picks?A strange thought just occurred to me. We may be getting 2026 compensatory picks.
Allen received a bigger contract than Kinlaw
Chinn got a bigger deal than Will
Dyami got a decent deal
Neither Tunsil or Deebo should count in terms of compensation because they were acquired by trade.
This is interestingSurprised he's still floating around. Concerned about injuries? Wants too much money?
It seems the people with a little more intimate knowledge of football are happy with it and thats good enough for me.Man, I can't believe Kinlaw is underwhelming to some. I think that is an outstanding add.

Unfortunately, no. I made a mistake on that one.Allen was released. Does he count towards compensatory picks?
The draft is definitely loaded on the DL, but that shouldn't influence our FA moves. We need a DE and an Edge. I guess if Kinlaw gets back in shape, he would stay at DE. Draft grab an edge rusher.Keim has said now multiple times that this FO is shaking their head about the deals other teams have made. Look for me the Tunsil trade is so amazing, that i am happy with everything thus far.
But its ironic that the national media has more fun of the Kinlaw deal than any other yet they are laughing at he other deals. Not that peters' can't be vindicated here. Will see. I am open minded.
There is definitely more fish in the sea at defense still. And Keim among others have suggested they will be active, still.
the draft is killer good at D line. And i like that o line is likely off the table considering the draft is so so at that spot. But I still want some veterans at the D line and a corner, too.

I just love watching these highlight reels of Will Harris!
Tunsil is good, but not much of a needle mover either and cost us picks.
Coleman is a rookie guard now?You don’t think replacing a third round rookie guard with a Pro-Bowl LT moves the needle? In terms of where a team should spend its resources, I would say LT is probably the most valuable position on offense after QB.
