In the ship for the first time since 91, but damn I wanna run this back at the Linc with a healthy Jalen Hurts.

I think the Rams match up well against the Eagles. I think they upset them.

I would rather see the RAMS, LA is a much better place to play
True...because the Fecals won't be on the field there. :) I hate them as much as the next guy, but I just can't see us beating them with Hurts and at home.

Yeah, I don't think it matters but I believe right now that the Rams offense is more difficult to deal with because Hurtz just isn't a good QB.

So yes, I'd prefer the eagles too.

We will take over whatever stadium we play the Rams in and it will become a virtual home game or at worst neutral field game.

That’s not the case with Philly.

I’d prefer the Rams.

Also, I like and root for McVay. So the consolation prize of losing would be the Rams in the SB, I could live with that.

And a Rams win might break Philly.

Philly is probably easier to beat though.

The Rams have a legit franchise QB. Hurtz is just a dude at this point. He's not all there. jD is going to beat that guy.

No defense can stop our offense, in that regard we can only stop ourselves.

So what offense do I think our D matches up better against?

QB: I think Stafford is a better QB than Hurts in a vacuum but he’s immobile and he can trust his arm too much at times. We can pressure him, Hurts can frustrate us with his legs.

WR: AJB is a worse matchup for our DB’s imo. Kupp is half washed but Nacua is a stud—however, he’s a stud I think Lattimore & Co. have a higher chance of containing bc he doesn’t win through pure physical unstoppable dominance like AJB. Devonta Smith is a bigger problem than Kupp at this juncture as well.

RB: Rams have a good running game (Kyren is good but not game-breaking, Corum is good enough to eventually overtake him imo) but Saquon is a game breaker. And they will ride him to the tune of 35+ total touches if they have to. He is a legit superstar and essentially QB proof. You do not want to play him in a single elimination round if you don’t have to, all things being equal. He can legitimately take over a game.

OL: Eagles > Rams. Hurts’ mobility can exacerbate that, Stafford can be pressured despite his clutch gene.

Rams are on a streak and are better coached imo, but the Eagles are more talented with more players who can break a game wide open.

I’ll be rooting for the Rams, I think we match up better against them and we can take over whatever stadium we play them in. That’s not happening in Philly.

Oh, and a loss to the Rams tomorrow might just nudge this iteration of the Philly franchise into a death spiral, that locker room is already on the edge of implosion. So that’s a bonus.

That's what I was thinking too. We have a ton of fans out west and take over stadiums there anyways, like the Cards game. Plus lots will make the trip.

That said, if it turns out to be Philly, we are not shook.

Philly had their chance and we beat them. Next.

The downside is you'll have a lot of people aroundcthe game be like, "Win it for LA." But, yes, LA is probably better. It also avoids any possible embarrassment of losing the championship to a division rival.

It's a conundrum for me living in SE PA, the belly of the green beast. I loathe the Eagles with the entirety of my soul and would love nothing more than to roll into Lincoln field next weekend and curb stomp them. On the other hand, there is no fucking way I can root for the Eagles, nor will I support their cretinous fanbase in any way. So, Fuck the Eagles!

As a multi-decade (too old to admit) fan, it's been a long time since we, as fans, could hold our heads high. We've earned this; we deserve this. I am particularly happy for my adult sons who suffered through the shit show their entire lives as fans of the team. Their Monday morning school bus trips while wearing their Portis and Taylor gear were not for the faint of heart. I'm proud of them and their willingness to stick it out. It's time for the fanbase to rejoice in the success and the team to continue their highly improbable run.

LFG! Keep leveraging that house money.

The feeling today.

As Ric Flair would say… “to be the man you gotta beat the man…. Wooooooooooo”

Life isn’t always easy, and you can’t take the easy way all the time, cut corners and hope to avoid tough times…. Listen as a fan of the Redskins, Football Team of course now Commanders the Eagles , their fan base and so much more have been a thorn in our side, so for me if we could face the Eagles in the NFC Ship and come out with a win, nothing would validate that any better for me… for once little Johnny stepped up and punched the bully on the face…. I want the Eagles…
