It’s generally difficult to find very good rush ends in the 20s. Sweat was a rare exception and he fell due to medicals.
I do think a guy like James Pearce may be there when we pick but that guy is a pure pass rusher who offers you nothing in run support.

Given where we’ll pick, I think I’m fairly locked in on RT, RB and DT first three rounds
Being in the bottom 6 of each round is gonna be a bit of a culture shift this year.
Totally worth it obviously but comparing last years draft to this year we have shockingly less capital to work with.

Absolutely: and if we just had an edge and a LT, it wouldn’t bother me. It can be hard to find those guys later. Especially LT’s. You see edges available in FA and trade. I can’t remember the last time time that I saw a good LT change teams. Trent Williams, and Laremy Tunsil? Trent traded by the most dysfunctional franchise ever, and Tunsil traded for two 1sts and a 2nd?
I really wouldn’t mind trading up into the teens to secure our LT of the future if there is a guy we love. We can mostly fill out CB and WR and maybe even edge in FA.
Identify our priorities first.

I think we re underestimating our need at TE. This is the healthiest Ertz has been in forever and he’s 34 years old. I think Sinnott is going to be a long term contributor, but I’m not sure I see him as a receiving TE1.

Feels like you just never know with TEs. I’d definitely look to draft one, though whether there’s one we feel good about at one our draft slots is a different story.
I’m pretty much with you RedWolf. To me, you add a good corner in FA and then regardless of the rest of FA (besides our re-signings), we’re sort of set to let the draft come to us. Ideally strengthening the trenches and weapons.

In thinking about who may be BPA when we pick at around 26, I think there is an off chance it's interior DL or big edge, Kenneth Grant or Nic Scourton in particular.
Kenneth is listed as 6'3" and 339 pounds. But, Grant is a great athlete. He is on Feldman's Freaks list. He moves like a much smaller man. At that size, he runs a sub 5 flat 40 and has been clocked at 18.75 mph. This is Grant running down Penn State's RB in the open field...

this draft is loaded with good edge players and I'd bet a couple may be there.
